All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products purchased through our website, including but not limited to:

This policy is in place because our products are:

  • Handmade and small batch
  • Fragile or temperature-sensitive
  • Natural and perishable
  • Hygienic personal care items
  • Unable to be safely resold once dispatched

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
